What do we need the four principles for?
In the end, quality is what I'm after. Quality of life, including quality of culture. Culture thrives best in freedom. In other words, in freedom, you get higher quality.
Transparency and privacy, as opposed as they may seem, both provide more freedom than closedness and publicity. Transparency helps to build trust, as does privacy. The more trustworthy a service, the more people can use it and contribute to it. The more people contribute, the higher the quality (any evidence for this?).

Organize presentation (see forum)
- Establish a "to do" portal page. Link to unresolved issues, the plan, areas of focus, active talk pages.
- Distinguish between issues that ordinary users can work on (or fix), issues that only admins can fix, and the issues that only developers can fix.
- Prioritize issues.
- Rally for focusing discussion in the wiki (aka. lament about fragmented discussion).
- Become frustrated, maybe leave.
- Rally for default search page without social network.
- Point out possible effects of browser's privacy policy.
- Check search-l whether they are aware that SSO does not work for some users.
- Write content on principles pages
- Link principles on main page to their individual pages
- Improve "Where to discuss what?": How to use user talk pages
- Harvest forum entries. If they represent unresolved issues, link to them from unresolved issues page.
- Collect info and links about multi-language mini-articles in one place.
- Write multi-language mini-article how-to, if it does not exist.
Ask about:
- governance
- exit plan
- schedules
- money-making strategy
- advertising
Are the principles enough? I guess that there is a set of implicit, assumed-by-everybody principles. Which are they?
