Hi Cyruz,

You've been doing a great job marking pages for deletion, and I think by now you know the general guidelines of what shouldn't be deleted. So have you considered asking Angela to become one of the administrators of the wiki? It will probably be easier for you to hit the delete button instead of marking the pages. :)

Just wanted you to know that you have my support in case you decide to do it.

[edit] Default sort buffett

Hello Cyruz. I see you have been doing lots of good work recently. I was, however, a little surprised that you chose to sort warren buffet as Buffett, Warren (you probably meant buffet, warren as the headwords are in lowercase and your sort would clash with a capitalised heading). He is such a well-known figure, universally referred to as Warren Buffet, that I doubt if anyone would look for him in a wiki index starting with B. I know that when I am looking in the alphabetical list of mini articles to see whether there is a variant on an article I intend to write or edit, I always expect to find the reults in true alphabetical order. If, for example, there were also to be articles on Warren Buffett (with initial capitals rather than lower case) or on warren edward buffett (his full name) or even warren buffet (a frequent misspelling), these would not be sorted under B. Furthermore, there must be several hundred mini articles in first name plus family name order. If you really wanted to be consistent, all of them would need to be reversed for sorting. A mammoth task! Before I decide whether to delete the template, I thought I should give you the chance of responding. BTW, I also noticed that if you turn up Category Billionaires, all the other minis are sorted under M (for mini!) while your default template provides a sort under B. So perhaps you should be requesting a default sort as mini:buffett, warren?? --Ipigott 08:25, 10 March 2008 (UTC)

Hi Fera, you can edit the Template:Wp/pt. A good example how you can do this you can find on Template:Wp/de. After its done you can write {{Wp/pt|articlename}} ;) Regards --Cy 13:36, 20 March 2008 (UTC)

da du deutsche Beiträge angelegt hast schreibe ich dir einfach mal auf deutsch. Deine Beiträge wurden von mir und Markie aus folgenden Gründen gelöscht:

• teilweise lagen die Artikel nicht im vorgesehenen Mini: Namensraum
• die Artikel dienten nicht dazu, den Usern bei ihrer Suche zu helfen, sondern zu Werbezwecken
• die Bilder wiesen keine Lizenzinfos auf

Du kannst hier gerne helfen. Auch dein Link kann hier erscheinen, wenn er irgendwo relevant ist(Das heißt nicht, dass er das ist!). Aber dann bitte fair allen gegenüber. KVM wurde nicht von der Guntermann & Drunck GmbH erfunden, also ein sachlicher Artikel über KVM Anlagen und was man alles dazu wissen muss wäre an der Stelle besser.

Hi Simone. Ich glaube, dass dies an irgendeinem Regex-Problem liegt. dieses \b steht dabei für jedes beliebige Wort. Habe mit meinen bescheidenen Regex-Kenntnissen versucht, dass im Spamschutzfilter zu ändern, aber leider habe ich es nicht geschafft, den artikel bearbeitbar zu machen. Der Artikel machte auch ziemlich wenig sinn, also habe ich ihn dann gelöscht... dafür wolltest du ihn wahrscheinlich auch bearbeiten :) Wenn nicht tut es mir leid und ich stelle ihn wieder her. Hi Simone, unkomplizierterweise einfach mal in deutsch. Ich hab das Wikipedia/de Template abgeändert, allerdings kommen die edits von viel eingesetzen Templates meistens in die Warteschlange (aktuell 217 Aufträge siehe auch), weil viele andere Änderungen daran hängen(Inhalt der Seiten, Categories...). Die Warteschlange wird abhängig von den Seitenaufrufen der Benutzer abgearbeitet. Großvernich sollte also aus der Category bald verschwinden. MfG --Cy 16:03, 4 May 2008 (UTC)

Yes all the new users appearing are new users who have registered on the new search interface (re.search.wikia.com). This is normal behaviour for the new system and is nothing to worry about. Hi, was ist mit dem Miniartikel Südholland passiert?. In der Suchmaschine erscheint Blödsinn. Es kommt der Miniartikel von Zeeland, wenn man Südholland eingibt . Jedoch Südholland ist nicht Zeeland . Wie kann ich es korrigieren? Kannst du mir helfen?. Thanks. --Simone 20:11, 8 June 2008 (UTC)

Hi hab mal wieder zu schnell was eingeben wollen. Bin über spezielle Seiten gegangen und habe dann nicht Mini: davorgeschrieben. In der Suchmaschine erscheint der Artikel trotzdem als Miniartikel.Ich weiß nicht wieso. Jetzt wollte ich den Artikel in den Miniraum verschieben.Dies funktioniert jetzt nicht mehr so wie sonst. Deshalb bleibt mir nur die Wahl den Artikel Kreek zu löschen (zu lassen). Danke im voraus fürs löschen.--Simone 10:15, 8 July 2008 (UTC)

Hi.. konnte den Mini wie gewohnt verschieben. Hab den Artikel im Mainspace dann gelöscht. Willst du nicht mal anfragen, ob du Amin werden kannst? Bei deiner ausgezeichneten Arbeit hier ;) bekommst du das Privileg bestimmt schnell und kannst dann z.B. selbstständig löschen. MfG --Cy 16:43, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
